Returns & Refunds

All items sold by Grace & Gold Co. are made to order. Because production begins as soon as an order is placed, we accept returns for store credit only. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.

To be eligible for store credit, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within a reasonable time of delivery. Please contact us to start a return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit that can be used toward a future purchase.
